1 General

1.1 Purpose In order to reward non-destructive testing science and technology workers who have made outstanding contributions to promoting China's economic development and promoting the progress of non-destructive testing science and technology, in order to further mobilize the enthusiasm and creativity of the vast number of non-destructive testing personnel, promote positive energy, encourage more personnel to devote themselves to the cause of non-destructive testing, and promote international exchanges,
These Regulations are formulated to accelerate China's transformation from a major non-destructive testing power to a major technology power for non-destructive testing.

1.2 Awards, selection cycle and amount awarded

The Far East Forum of Non-destructive Testing New Technology has the following incentive programs:

1.2.1 "Up to Top Prize", once a year, award two, the prize of 10000 yuan each.

1.2.2 "Climbing Award", once a year, award one, the prize of 10000 yuan.

1.2.3 "China Creation Special Award", once a year, award one, a prize of 10,000 yuan.

1.2.4 "Leading Science and Technology Outstanding Student Papers Award", once a year, there are English and Chinese two categories, including English papers with one for 1st prize 5000 yuan, three for 2nd prize 2000 yuan, six for 3rd prize 1500 yuan; Chinese papers with one for 1st prize 3000 yuan, three-2nd prize 1500 yuan, 3rd prize, 1000 yuan.

1.2.5 "Matrix Science and Technology Outstanding Chinese Paper Award" is awarded once a year, a special prize of 8000 yuan;

1.2.6 "FAREAST Outstanding English Paper Award", 1 annual selection, award 3-5, the prize of 5000 yuan each.

2. Awards and conditions

2.1 Award and conditions for the Award

2.1.2 The grantee shall have one of the following conditions:

(2) To make remarkable achievements in scientific research and testing, instrument development and technical applications, and to make major breakthroughs in the construction of major national projects, major equipment manufacturing, and major instrument stakes, and to create significant economic or social benefits;

(3) To propose new academic ideas, create new theories, deep academic knowledge, writings and so on, to the non-destructive testing of scientific and technological progress has a huge role in promoting and far-reaching impact, and access to the industry highly recognized academic everyone; (4) In order to train China's non-destructive testing industry personnel and team hard work, teaching people tireless, in non-destructive testing education, technical training, assessment and certification and other aspects have made important contributions to a generation of master.

2.2. The "Climbing Award" awards and conditions

2.2.1. The "Climbing Award" is awarded to: in the field of scientific research to climb the peak, forge ahead, the achievement of outstanding scientific research workers.

2.2.2. The grantee should:

(1) There are major discoveries, inventions or innovations in non-destructive testing theory, technology, equipment, technology, etc.;
(2) Has published a number of papers describing its research results, the results have been recognized by the industry or scientific verification;
(3) Under the guidance of its research results to develop new instruments, equipment, technology, methods, processes, with good application prospects; (4) The forum has representative academic papers (Chinese or English available) to contribute and make oral reports.

2.3. The award and conditions of the "China Creation Special Award"

2.3.1. "China Creation Special Award" is awarded to: in the field of application to climb the peak, forge ahead, the achievement of outstanding engineering and technical personnel.

2.3.2. The grantee should:

(1) Creative inventions, important discoveries, or major innovations in instruments, equipment, equipment, technology, methods, processes, etc.;

(2) Its invention, discovery, innovation has been transformed into productivity, put into application, has achieved significant economic benefits, or is recognized as its social benefits are huge;

(3) A representative academic paper (Chinese) at this forum is submitted and given oral reports.

2.4. "Leading Science and Technology Outstanding Student Papers Award" Award and Conditions

2.4.1. The "Leading Science and Technology Outstanding Student Papers Award" is awarded to students who have contributed to this forum.

2.4.2 The winning papers should be eligible for:

(1) The paper written is the result of theoretical research, subject test, technology development, etc., with innovation, progress, breakthrough or new ideas;

(2) the academic opinion of the paper is clearly expressed, the argument is sufficient, the argument is strict, the content is true, the description is objective, the data is accurate and complete;

(3) The paper should be complete in structure, strict logic, clear level, smooth language, professional language norms, grammatical syntax correct.

2.5. "Matrix Science and Technology Outstanding Chinese Papers Award" And the conditions for the award

2.5.1 The "Matrix Science and Technology Outstanding Chinese Paper Award" is awarded to all Chinese thesis authors (except students) who have submitted papers to this forum.

2.5.2 The winning papers should be eligible for:

(1) The paper written is the result of theoretical research, subject test, technology development, engineering application, etc., with innovation, progress or breakthrough;

(2) The academic opinion of the paper is clearly expressed, the argument is sufficient, the argument is strict, the content is true, the description is objective, the data is accurate and complete;

(3) The paper should be complete in structure, strict logic, clear level, smooth language, professional language norms, grammatical syntax correct.

2.6. "FAREAST Outstanding English Paper Award" awarded to the object and the conditions of the award

2.6.1 "FAREAST Outstanding English Papers Award" is awarded to all authors (except students) who have submitted English papers to this forum.

2.6.2. The winning papers should be subject to the following conditions:

(1) The paper written is an overview article that is instructive for the development of the industry and profession, or I have found, innovated, breakthrough and other achievements in theoretical research, subject testing, technology development, etc.

(2) the academic opinion of the paper is clearly expressed, the argument is sufficient, the argument is strict, the content is true, the description is objective, the data is accurate and complete;

(3) The paper should be complete in structure, strict logic, clear level, smooth language, professional language norms, grammatical syntax correct.

3. How to award

3.1 According to the nature of the award, the Far East Forum awards can be divided into achievement awards and essay awards, respectively, using different methods of evaluation.

3.2 Belongs to the Achievement Award: "Up to Top Award", "Climbing Award", "China Creation Special Award", "Leading Science and Technology Outstanding Student Paper Award", "Matrix Science and Technology Outstanding Chinese Paper Award" "FAREAST Outstanding English Paper Award".

3.3 Achievement Award selection generally uses the recommended and evaluation method, and the selection of the paper award sits generally uses the evaluation method.

4. Achievement Award Selection Process

4.1. Recommendor or recommender: members of the Far East Forum Board, members of the Previous Forum Preparatory Committee, the new Forum organizers, co-organizers, support units, special sessions and branch office sits in charge can be as "up-and-out prize", "climbing award", "China Creation Special Award" recommender or self-referral.

4.2. Recommended Time: Nominations will be received from 1 January each year.

4.3 Nomination method: Nominations can be made by the Far East Forum secretariat via email, WeChat, SMS or telephone.

4.4. The Secretariat communicates the nomination information to all parties concerned in an appropriate manner (at the meeting, or through WeChat Group, mail, SMS, etc.) for comments (this work should be completed ten weeks before the opening of the Far East Forum Conference in that year).

4.5 Upon majority recognition, notify the recommender or recommender to write a letter of recommendation, provide a profile of the recommende's resume and academic achievement, and for awards with a paper and oral reporting requirements, the referrer shall provide the relevant paper and oral report PPT (this work should be completed six weeks before the opening of the Far East Forum Conference in that year). 4.6 Upon receipt of the recommendation, as well as the paper and oral report PPT, the Secretariat shall conduct further consultations in an appropriate manner, conduct investigation and verification, if necessary, and then notify the relevant units of their work, through triage or correspondence, to finalize the winner (this work should be completed two weeks before the opening of the Far East Forum Conference in that year).

5.The selection process for the thesis award

5.1. The Far East Forum paper submission system is generally open in mid-February;

5.2. Upon receipt of the paper, the Forum secretariat shall promptly send the paper to the reviewer invited by the Conference of Academic Professionals, in accordance with the type of paper (Chinese or English) and the intention to submit the submission (SCI, EI, other).

5.3. Reviewers make comments and rate the papers after review.

5.4. The Forum secretariat collects the views of the reviewers and scores. 5.5. The day before the Forum, members of the Academic Professional Conference focused on the final review and decided to "lead the outstanding student thesis award for science andChinese technology";

6. Supplementary

6.1. The establishment and naming of the Far East Incentive Project shall be determined by consideration by the Board of Governors of the Far East Forum on New Technologies for Non-destructive Testing.

6.2. If it is found that the material performance of the winners differs significantly from the actual situation, the award shall be revoked after verification and not suitable for the winner, after validation by the Board of Directors of the Far East Forum on New Technologies for Non-destructive Testing.

6.3. The experts and staff participating in the evaluation shall be assessed and exercise their right to evaluation in accordance with the principles of science, impartiality and independence, and shall have confidentiality responsibility for the names of the assessed persons, their performance, the evaluation process, the opinions expressed by the review experts and the unpublished evaluation results.

6.4 In the evaluation, if there is a case involving the evaluation expert himself, the avoidance system should be implemented. 7. The interpretation of this Regulation is of the right to the Board of Directors of the Far East Forum on New Technologies for Nondestructive Testing.
